    Great service, the breakfast was extensive and very satisfying and they have private parking if needed. I liked my room - big size and huge with good views. The atmosphere of the hotel is perfect.

    The gondola cable car provided a amazing view of the Performance Lake, making my stay feel magical right from the start.

    Check-in took longer than expected, and the non-smoking room I initially received had a noticeable smoke smell, quite unpleasant.

    We loved the fine views from our Palace Kings Room, especially enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was also accommodating for our special needs son's autism support dog. The staff's attention to detail was excellent.

    My wife says that having more family-friendly entertainment options would be great.

    The service was great, and the staff were always kind and helpful. We particularly loved the tranquil patio and garden surrounding the magnificent swimming pool. The dining with panoramic views of the dancing fountains was an lovely experience.

    The beautiful decor and the serene atmosphere. The highlight was the amazing backdrop of the dancing waters during dinner with an enchanting mood. The staff was always attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, including a surprise chocolate cake for my husband's birthday celebration!

    There were limited TV channels in the room.

    The Palace Queens Room offered amazing fountain views. Really good service was a highlight, especially when they surprised us with delicious homemade desserts for a birthday celebration. The limited entertainment options for families, coupled with a lack of comfortable seating in the spacious room, slightly diminished our experience.     We adored our time at the hotel, especially enjoying the fine fountain view from our Palace Queens Room and the lovely, bright colors in the lobby. The swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a perfect escape for relaxation and fun after a busy day. The only downside was the limited TV channels in the room, made us want to explore more outside instead of staying in 🌟
